They managed to fit me in at short notice, kept me updated about exactly when they were coming, advised me professionally on the job when they arrived and have given me sparkling, beautifully clean windows. Windows are great. Your publicity mentioned cleaning frames and sills. Onee rear bedroom sill noticeably bitsy. Happy to deal with it myself - just glad to not to have to do them all.
