Good & Efficient service. I am happy, however, would have preferred if my service provider had wiped the windows afterwards so that no droplets of water remained on the windows.

Matt called to clean the windows for the first time while I was away, on my return I was delighted to see a job well done. I have tried a few cleaners over the last year or so and was always disappointed but not this time Matt did a great job I’m very happy.

The young man who cleaned my windows, Bailey, was very thorough and polite.

The booking process was really quick and easy. I like the text service, giving us some notice on when window cleaning will take place. The man who cleaned our windows was very friendly and informative. We haven’t been living in our property for long, and the windows were filthy, but now are beautifully cleaned and all done so quickly. My reason for the four stars instead of five is that we currently don’t have easy access to the back garden which means someone has to be in the house to greet the window cleaner. Therefore, it would be ideal to be given a time slot so we don’t have to potentially wait around all day. Having said this, I will continue using Ideal Cleaning as I was very happy with the service provided.

Turned up early and did an excellent job on a year of pollution and dirt on the road side windows. Very pleased with results and look forward to regular cleaning helping with life

Simple to book, good communication so told when cleaning would be done. Excellent 1st clean, all glass and frames done, would recommend.

First clean by Ricardo today. Even though it was pouring with rain he did an excellent job on my windows and conservatory. I would thoroughly recommend Ideal window cleaning Company.
