Really impressed with ideal window cleaning. We have never had the windows cleaned since moving in and it’s made such a difference. Darren was really polite and did a great and thorough job!
After putting in my request online to have my windows cleaned I did recieve an email which is reassuring but generic. Recieveing a further email saying when someone would be coming would be brilliant as I thought my clean was lost unti I got a txt message the night before.

Thank you so much my windows are sparkling. Weve been meaning to get the done for ages so i imagine it wasnt the easiest job. Very happy with the results. The only feedback i would like to say is as a new customer i would of preferred a call or a email on how things work, i got a text on sunday advising they were coming monday but as i was going to the office and my husband is working from home but is on the phone for most of the day that i didnt think he would be able to provide access and i did call in the morning to cancel but they came anyway which i am happy about now.
Have just had our 12 week, (agreed contract), window clean with Ricardo and his magic water. After the first clean we could not believe our eyes. The windows were so so clean. We had 2 super window cleaners for years. They were lovely and our windows were great. However (following their retirement) we have come into the modern world with all its technology i.e. magic water etc. We can’t believe how the rain no longer leaves its mark. Overall I was very pleased but noticed at the rear of the house, the bi-folding doors one of the pane of glass had not been finished with the squidgy so had streaks running down it. Other than that all good thank you
