Have just had our 12 week, (agreed contract), window clean with Ricardo and his magic water. After the first clean we could not believe our eyes. The windows were so so clean. We had 2 super window cleaners for years. They were lovely and our windows were great. However (following their retirement) we have come into the modern world with all its technology i.e. magic water etc. We can’t believe how the rain no longer leaves its mark. Thank you Ideal Window Cleaning and Ricardo.

I booked Ideal window cleaning after seeing their vans in my area. I arrived home from work to find my windows sparkling and clean. What an amazing professional service. I had a minor issue and it was put right immediately. Excellent customer service. Needless to say that I have booked for ideal window cleaning for every 6 weeks and the direct debit option is a convenient way to pay. Thank you. I am very happy with my clean windows.

Our first visit from Ricardo met completely with expectations promised. The date was allocated a few days ahead and an afternoon slot duly advised by text the evening before. He even advised departure from the previous job. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly - we did not even realise he had left!

The booking process was really quick and easy. I like the text service, giving us some notice on when window cleaning will take place. The man who cleaned our windows was very friendly and informative. We haven’t been living in our property for long, and the windows were filthy, but now are beautifully cleaned and all done so quickly. My reason for the four stars instead of five is that we currently don’t have easy access to the back garden which means someone has to be in the house to greet the window cleaner. Therefore, it would be ideal to be given a time slot so we don’t have to potentially wait around all day. Having said this, I will continue using Ideal Cleaning as I was very happy with the service provided.

Very professional, reasonable price and did a very good job. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
