Really impressed with service and price, thank you.

I'm a fairly new customer and have had Ricardo cleaning my windows and all I can say is that we are very happy with the service, quality and communication. Keep up the good work.

Initially, I only wanted a one-off clean but then I decided to go with a cleaning plan - a clean every 3 months. Very happy with the results. I just came home to clean and streak free windows. The best part is that John and his team just turn up and start cleaning even if you are out or at work... No inconvenience to me at all. A professional service delivering excellent results.

The cleaner spent a long time cleaning my windows and as it was the first time for several years it made quite a difference. I was also very impressed with the communication. Everything went very smoothly. Many thanks.

The booking process was really quick and easy. I like the text service, giving us some notice on when window cleaning will take place. The man who cleaned our windows was very friendly and informative. We haven’t been living in our property for long, and the windows were filthy, but now are beautifully cleaned and all done so quickly. My reason for the four stars instead of five is that we currently don’t have easy access to the back garden which means someone has to be in the house to greet the window cleaner. Therefore, it would be ideal to be given a time slot so we don’t have to potentially wait around all day. Having said this, I will continue using Ideal Cleaning as I was very happy with the service provided.
