Do I need to be in? I have a locked gate or restricted access

We provide a courtesy text or email the day before each clean and request you leave the gate unlocked which we will close upon completion, in the event of restricted access we clean all accessible windows and charge accordingly

Can I amend or cancel the service?

Yes of course, we simply request you let us know no later than the day before your clean is due, please note the full price is due for any completed work

Do you only offer a regular 6 weekly service?

You'll find our 6 week service will keep your windows looking great throughout the year, a custom service or one off clean is possible subject to availability, just enter the request in the "other information" field

Why is the first clean more expensive?

To compensate for additional work, even if you've had a window cleaner before we need to ensure all dirt is removed from your frames and vents.

How do I pay?

For your convenience, we offer a cashless system. Payment is collected via direct debit, 5 days after we've cleaned your windows. This is not a recurring monthly payment. If we don't clean, you don't pay. You can cancel our service at any time.

Will my price change?

In order to maintain and improve the service we provide we adjust our price each year inline with the Consumer Price Index (CPI)

How do I count bi-fold doors

You count each bi-fold door section rather than as one hole in the wall

How do you clean the windows?

We use the latest "hot" water fed pole technology to clean all visible windows, frames and sills from the safety of the ground so there's no damage and no intrusion of privacy. The "hot" clean deionised water removes all general grime, algae, snail trails and bird mess then following a rinse it simply evaporates to leave your windows looking great! Please note the system will not remove, tape, paint, glue, mortar, limescale or silicone

Do you clean roof windows or above conservatories?

We clean all visible windows from the safety of the ground and can reach up to 35 feet (3rd floor). We count each dorma, skylight or velux as one window (hole in the wall)

Do you clean interior Windows?

No but we are happy to provide guidance on cleaning interior windows.

Do you clear and clean Gutters, Fascias & Cladding?

Yes we do, we use the latest vacuum systems to "clear" your gutters, we also clean them along with uPVC fascias, soffits and cladding

Can you do a "builders clean"?

Unfortunately our system will not remove, mortar, tape, paint, silicone or glue, if these are not present and you simply require a standard clean to "finish off" we'd be delighted to help, subject to availability

We are quoting for a regular 6 weekly window cleaning service.

Payment will be transferred by Direct Debit 5 days AFTER each clean.
