After putting in my request online to have my windows cleaned I did recieve an email which is reassuring but generic. Recieveing a further email saying when someone would be coming would be brilliant as I thought my clean was lost unti I got a txt message the night before.

The booking process was really quick and easy. I like the text service, giving us some notice on when window cleaning will take place. The man who cleaned our windows was very friendly and informative. We haven’t been living in our property for long, and the windows were filthy, but now are beautifully cleaned and all done so quickly. My reason for the four stars instead of five is that we currently don’t have easy access to the back garden which means someone has to be in the house to greet the window cleaner. Therefore, it would be ideal to be given a time slot so we don’t have to potentially wait around all day. Having said this, I will continue using Ideal Cleaning as I was very happy with the service provided.

I don't usually do reviews but the gentleman who did my windows on Monday always does an excellent job. He is very thorough and my windows are always perfect after he has been. Well done.

Thoroughly delighted with my sparkling clean windows! As a new customer I'm impressed with how everything went so smoothly - from the text messages to emails with invoice details. Special mention for Stephanie for sorting out a problem as I wasn't going to be home for the first visit. Will highly recommend to friends & neighbours
